Overview
Once you’ve onboarded a handful of clients, the challenge shifts from “how do I set one up” to “how do I keep them all straight.” This guide covers the habits that scale.Naming and organization
- Use the client’s real business name as the sub account name. Never a placeholder you’ll forget.
- In your provider dashboard, adopt a naming convention like
ClientName-SalesBotso assistants are traceable back to the right sub account even from the provider side.
Cross-client visibility
- Use Assistants in the sidebar for a global view across every sub account: which assistant belongs to which client, and which are unassigned.
- Use Dashboard for agency-wide usage trends, and drill into a specific client’s sub account when something looks off.
- Use Call Logs’ “All Assistants” filter to isolate one client’s call activity from the rest.
Billing hygiene at scale
- Review Profit Tracking margins periodically. Provider pricing can change, and a margin that was healthy at onboarding can erode.
- Keep agency credit topped up (see How Billing Works) so no client’s service is interrupted by your own account running low.
